BIOGRAPHICAL - SUSANA GOYTIA-MILLER
Mrs. Susana Goytía-Miller represents clients primarily in Immigration and Family Law cases. The Immigration practice involves corporate and individual clients in all states and includes issues of Family Immigration, obtaining Legal Residence (“Green Cards”, Relief from Removal and Deportation Proceedings, Citizenship. The Family Law practice involve issues of Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Visitation, Grandparent Rights, Adoptions & Guardianships. Mrs. Miller is a professionally trained mediator and arbitrator with advanced certificates from Pepperdine University Strauss Institute. Her mediation practice involves issues of Family Law. She holds a Bachelors degree in Education, a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires Argentina, a Masters degree in Literature from Cal State University Northridge and earned her Juris Doctor degree at the Southern California Institute of Law. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1998 and has been in private practice in Ventura County from 1998 to date. Susana is fluent in Spanish and English.
