BIOGRAPHICAL - IRWIN R. “ROB’ MILLER
Irwin R. “Rob” Miller represents seriously injured litigants in personal injury cases. He was the trial attorney in one of the largest jury verdicts reported in the United States for a below knee amputation where Mr. Miller obtained a jury verdict in excess of 4.3 million dollar for his client. He is a member of the exclusive Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a professionally trained mediator and arbitrator with advanced certificates from Pepperdine University Strauss Institute. His practice involves Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical/Legal Malpractice, Real Estate, Business Disputes and Mediation. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law earning a Juris Doctor degree. At Law school he was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Law Review Editorial Board and authored three published articles. Mr. Miller was born in New York raised in Los Angeles, California, graduated law school in 1968, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1969. He has practiced in Hollywood, Encino and since 1990 in Ventura County, California.
